Governance

A transparent, community-driven framework designed to ensure the long-term sustainability and neutrality of the OpenROAD ecosystem.

Leadership Structure

Decisions at the OpenROAD Initiative are made at multiple levels. While the Governing Board handles high-level strategy, technical and operational decisions are delegated to the people closest to the work.

Governing Board

Responsible for the overall strategy, organizational policies, and fiduciary oversight of the OpenROAD Initiative.

Technical Steering Committee

Responsible for establishing the technical best practices, development processes, and coordination for how each project should run.

Project Maintainers
