Leadership Structure
Decisions at the OpenROAD Initiative are made at multiple levels. While the Governing Board handles high-level strategy, technical and operational decisions are delegated to the people closest to the work.
Responsible for the overall strategy, organizational policies, and fiduciary oversight of the OpenROAD Initiative.
Responsible for establishing the technical best practices, development processes, and coordination for how each project should run.
Responsible for the actual technical decision-making, code review, and implementation within each individual project.
